Maintaining stable experience is our top priority. Recently, some users have experienced unstable connection and continuous reloading while using Undesk. With this release, we stopped developing new features for a sec and spent some time to upgrade the infrastructure.

Your activity changes from day to day. On Monday you cannot leave Google Sheet, but on Tuesday you spend most of your day on Figma, and so on. That's why it's hard to understand your work pattern just by looking at your daily activity. We added a trendline on the Statistics tab so you can see how your time usage has changed over time.
You can now filter out a single category or app. How much time have you been able to spend on development? How much of your time has been taken up by Slack? Try different filters to understand your time usage.
You can now preview your current Productivity Score in your Office window. See how you are doing today every time you open Undesk.

Productivity Tracker just got its biggest update. Now you can automatically track and quantify your productivity. What time of the day are you most focused? How long does your flow state typically last? Have you been setting aside time for deep work lately? See how you're performing and improve.
Productivity Score is relative. Think of it as the velocity of the scrum method. The number itself doesn't mean anything. It only matters when you compare it to the trend. If it's going up, keep it up. If there's an unusual pattern, you should review your working style. You can now view your statistics in weeks, months, years.
Note: By default, any custom apps that you have added in the past will be categorized as Deep work. Please edit them if necessary.

Now you can add your favorite tech stack as custom apps. They get shared with the team (via Magic app sharing) and tracked for better accuracy (via Productivity tracker). Just started using a new tool? Add it and show off to the team.
Note: The "record app" feature is currently only available for Mac users. We are working to add the same feature for Windows. In the meantime, please add custom apps manually.
Now you will have a breakdown of your activity by work categories. The data will be more intuitive to understand compared to the original app breakdown view.
As the product has matured, we've added more customization options to accommodate different user preferences. Settings page now has a redesign for easier navigation.

Now you can select and send an emoji in Quick Chat.
By clicking one of the 3 emojis at the bottom of the window, you can send it directly as an emote. Use them to wave to see if someone's available, react during screen sharing, and more.

There was an issue where users were occasionally unable to join a screen sharing session. It's now fixed.

Now you can see the chat history happening at the same Table. No more rushing to respond to fading chats or missing out on hilarious office conversations!

Now everyone can see where you are pointing during screen sharing. Instead of saying "that blue button in the upper right corner," just point your cursor directly at their desktop.
